Fares:

        • Fares are subject to change due to Airline changing the fares & taxes.
        • Please note that fares & taxes cannot be guaranteed till booked & ticketed with confirmation of form of Payment.
        • Airport Taxes are indicative only & any changes by the Airlines or due to exchange rates will apply at the time   of            ticketing.
        • Ticketing of tickets issued on last date of ticketing deadline is 1700 hrs IST.
        • Bookings may be rebooked or re-routed due to routing problems or schedule changes.
        •
All our tariffs & ticketing are in INR.
        • For Domestic Travel in India , USD tariff is applicable for Foreigners & Foreign Residents.

Booking Guidelines:
        • No bookings will be retained within 48 hours of departure unless ticketing with payment order is placed.
        • Please call us to book. Late booking fee can apply.
        • E-Tickets are generally being issued unless specified & desired.
        • Paper ticket will be issued if E-Ticketing is not permitted.
        • Advise Nationality, passport no., place of issue & date of issue for ticketing.

Cancellation:
        • Bookings will be auto-cancelled on Airlines ticketing time limit.
        • Bookings are also auto-cancelled with in 14 days if not ticketed or 3 days prior to travel.
        • Cancellation penalties or RAF charges apply to all ticketed bookings as per Airlines rules.
        • In addition our handling/service charge will be also applicable.

Refunds:
        • Tickets cannot be refunded unless physically returned to us.
        • Refund can be processed in a standard period of four to six weeks.
        • For refunding all commissions & discounts have to be returned before refund can be processed.
        • Airlines ticket refund charges apply as per Airline rules.
        • All refunds are subject to our handling/service charge of USD 20 per ticket.
        • Credit Card transaction fee will not be refunded.
        • Indian Service Tax cannot be refunded.
        • In case of Indian agents, TDS deducted cannot be refunded.

Name Changes:
        • Name changes are not permitted. Please verify & advise the correct name/spelling.
        • In case of re-issuance of tickets due to name change, Airlines re-issuance charges will apply plus our service charge of            USD 10.
        • It is the responsibility of the agent or customer to ensure the accuracy of information supplied.
        • To avoid errors, it is suggested that the passengers’ names and ages be matched and double-checked against the            traveler’s passport information at the time of booking.

Frequent Flyer/Special Meal or Seating Requests Schedule Changes:
        • Frequent Flyer no.'s must be advised at the time of ticketing to incorporate the same in the PNR.
        • Once tickets are issued, it is the responsibility of the agent, or passenger, to contact the airlines.
        • Special meals, or to seating can be arranged on advise.
        • It is the responsibility of the passenger to reconfirm the flight timings at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure.         • It is the responsibility of the passenger to check corrected the routing.

Travel Documents:
        • Check validity of Passport.
        • Check validity of Visa.
        • Check requirement of Transit Visa.

Liability:
        • In case of any lost documents/tickets, errors/omission, delay or cancellation of flights, or any inconvenience caused for            any reason of the Airline or any other reason, we cannot be held responsible for payment of any compensation.
        • In case of disputes, all matters are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
