How do I know if my booking is confirmed? Do I need to reconfirm my holiday?
  Yes, we recommend you do. When you make a booking, we shall advise you a “Time Limit” of the   booking. Your booking shall remain intact till that day/time, however without a reconfirmation and prompt   payment we shall release the booking. All our emails for the booking shall contain the details and price of   your order, along with your booking time limit.

What is my Baggage / Hand Baggage / Cabin Baggage Allowance?
  Each airline has its own Baggage Allowance. Please consult your Travel Consultant or the airline directly.

How far in advance can I book my flight?
  You can book a flight up to one year in advance.

Can I reserve a vacation package or cruise by phone?
  Yes, you can.

Is the transportation between the airport and hotel included in the vacation package price?
  Normally yes, but if they do not include it will say on the website or the consultant will mention this on the   phone.

Will the price of my vacation package change after I've purchased it?
  No, it will not change.

• Do package prices include airfare?
  No, they do not include airfare. You can request a quote for the same separately.

• Is there a fee to use your site to reserve vacation packages?
  Packages cannot be booked online at the moment, but please call to book a package, or simply send us   an email and our consultant will call you back.

Do you accommodate single travelers on vacation packages?
  Yes, we do. Please speak with your booking consultant about this.

• Do you handle group travel for vacation packages?
  Yes we do. Please speak with your booking consultant about a large number of bookings.

Do you offer vacation insurance for our vacation package?
  Yes we do. Please speak with your booking consultant about insurance polices.

Do you have a list of Hotel Category definitions given during the vacations booking process?
  Yes we do. Please speak with your Travel Consultant for more information.

• What if I can't find a vacation package for my desired destination?

  If you can't find your desired destination, then simply call one of our Travel Consultants for assistance.

• Can I add days to a vacation package published online?

  Yes you can, simply speak with your Travel Consultant for more information.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for vacation packages?
  Some packages have a minimum stay requirement, which can change the price. Please check with your   travel consultant for more detailed information on your holiday requirements

Do I need to reconfirm my flight before departure?
  We will endeavor to advise you of any schedule changes prior to departure however, we recommend that   you reconfirm your flight with the airline 72 hours prior to your departure, especially on your return flight.
